Here's a link that those of you who live around the coastlines of the 
country may find this software usable.

Another point of interest is that the DGNSS (DGPS) system uses the 283 
to 325 kc range.  I hear a lot of signals in that freq range here so 
wonder if they might be related or if they really are power line carrier 
related.  They sound like PSK type signals.

While not as cold as you folks back east are experiencing, i am not 
hearing the beacons this year like in the past.  Except for hearing 
Ralph last week on CW, other signals are just not penetrating down here 
into the desert.  And the band is really nice and quiet at night.
