TS QRN constant S9+10dB here in eastern NC, see 
http://thunderstorm.vaisala.com/explorer.html.  No visual hint in the 
noise, let alone copy, of your THOR4 modulation at 1900Hz. WSQ2 at 
1000Hz is ~25% copy with SNR bouncing -20 to -30dB.
