[600MRG] WE2XGR/2 /3 WSQ2 mode

WE2XGR/2 and WE2XGR/3 will be running tests in WSQ2 mode tonight. WE2XGR/2 is currently transmitting 
WSQ2 at reduced power on 474.2 kHz (dial) +1000 Hz. Reports are appreciated. Please advise if the 
frequency choice causes problems.

This new mode is similar to Jason but is faster (than Jason 'normal' speed) and is designed for two 
way communications as opposed to a beacon only mode. Sensitivity is reported to be about -25 dB 
referenced to an SSB bandwidth.
