Dick, I have one of those very fast internet connections. However, at
certain times of the day it is virtually impossible to use. When the kids
get on, right after school, it gets very slow, Then again between about 9
PM and 10:30 PM or so it is as if there were no connection. Consider the
time of day that the things happen. I can reboot my router and it will
help for a short time, but only a short time.
I am suggesting you check the time of day these things are happening.
For that, and for financial reasons, having recently retired, I am going to
drop my internet connection at the end of this month. It is not all that
great to begin with.
Bill
