Can you ID the freq specifically of the carrier?
We have observed for a long time a carrier around 475.645 KHz and try to stay clear of that part of the passband as a result. strength varies but I seem to remember Merv in KH6 comment that he has seen it also as well as some of the VK's. The signal looks a little wider than WSPR but I dont think we have ever been successful determining any modulation.
73!

Subject: [600MRG] WSPR on 0.4742
Good evening all,
I have been monitoring WSPR on 0.4742 (dial frequency) the past couple
of days and have been receiving these stations:
Timestamp Call MHz SNR Drift Grid Pwr Reporter RGrid km az
2014-12-09 08:50 WD2XSH/15 0.475728 -29 -1 EM34rt 2

I have been noticing a very strong signal within the WSPR passband which
looks more like carrier than WSPR.
Who? What mode? Or am I chasing some sort of local EMR / RFI?
I hope the formating work and the table and image make it through.
Otherwise you will have to look here for the WSPR screen capture:
