[600MRG] WSPR on 0.4742

Good evening all,

I have been monitoring WSPR on 0.4742 (dial frequency) the past couple 
of days and have been receiving these stations:

I have been noticing a very strong signal within the WSPR passband which 
looks more like carrier than WSPR.

Who? What mode? Or am I chasing some sort of local EMR / RFI?
