Ken is 200 miles north of me.


Here is 80 foot asymmetric T-top (200foot/100ft top loading), at least 130, 100-foot radials. at the moment 4-5W ERP.  In a few months when the trees change and other seasonal environmental factors change, it will be more like in the 7-10w ERP range.  Environmental issues are a big deal here as I have a LOT of trees and foliage while Ken is in the clear.  There is a lot of difference in relative FS from summer to winter here.

Your signal path-lengths and distances to CN98pi are:

XXM - 2416KM and 314-degrees
XIQ  - 2642KM and 318-degrees

Am I comparing apples-to-apples or apples-to-oranges here?

I am getting ready to modify my 630M antenna and some resolution of the
above comparisons might sway what I do.
