Just a topic for conversation here...
A long callsign like WD2XSH/20 requires some labor from WSPR. I believe
that two reception periods are necessary to get the complete call. You
might want to think about whether the complete callsign is really
necessary to identify you without ambiguity. I'd imagine that the FCC
has absolutely no interest in the issue...they only want a CW ID every
30 minutes. Should the FCC take an interest in your signal, I doubt that
they would think to run WSPR software.
On a very long and thready path like you are attempting, you just might
get a signal peak for the requisite 2 minutes. Asking for a couple of
those peaks to parse the callsign may be difficult. Think about trying
something 6 characters long, and see what happens.
