Static levels are not " as bad " as in the past 3 or 4 nights, but still peaking an occassional
5 over S-9.. The average level has dropped from S-9 down to S-5, and that is making a 
Hearable difference in signal tonight.. XIQ is audible over the static, and other than QSB,
should only get stronger thru the night.. I'm hoping to get some decodes from XGP closer
to my sunrise if the propagation cooperates.. The spot database will tell the story ..
