[600MRG] PSK31 success last night.

WG2XSV was copied in Arizona, California, Western Oregon, Northwest
Washington and Delta British Columbia last night PSK31 signal. Some were
100% and some near 100% copy.

Thanks to all for the reception reports. It was very gratifying to know
that PSK31 could get that much accomplished at 1W ERP and even late into
April. I am thinking that GMSK might even outdo PSK and am thinking about
trying it out again, perhaps tonight.
