[600MRG] WG2XSV is beaconing PSK31 on USB dial 474.2 + 1300 AF

....and will run it all night at ~500 mW.

Would like to see if it can be decoded at a distance.

Mark, ku7z, sent me some screen shots of my PSK from 11 miles north of me
and they showed a decent looking signal with no spurs.

Hoping for a report or two on it.
