Laurence,

I'm looking and hear a carrier come and go at 475.6 KHz cycling about 
every 20-seconds.  signal strength is -95 dBm with 3.2 KHz bandwidth 
set USB demod with the SDR-IQ.

There appears a wideband signal sitting on 474/475 KHz running -93 
dBm and -95 dBm.

So would that be you.  I am using my 43x122-foot inverted-L.
