[600MRG] XSV back on the 540 amplifier

Got my IRF540 amp fixed again. Running only 17 volts on it for awhile to
make sure all is well. That will put out an ERP of about 1/2 watt or so.

On CW beacon today. Probably wspr2 again tonight. Got a lot of decodes last
night with my 200mW ERP. Thanks to all who decoded me.
