[600MRG] WD2XSH/12 Operations Notice

WD2XSH/12 beacon has been shut down as of 0300 Z. We are experiencing torrential rains, flash floods in the valleys out of the mountains and the power has been flickering and dimming the lights. I figured it would be a good idea to avoid possible damage from a power brown-out and shut the transmitter down until further notice. We are approaching a year's worth of moisture in three days as of bed time tonight.
