[600MRG] CORRECTION TO "WG2XSV beacon = QRSS3 signal on 475.5 kHz"

Opps! I discovered (at 0945z) that I was not on the freq I had stated
earlier. I corrected to 475.5 kHz.

Sorry.  (Brain cramp due to too much turkey. I was actually down below
xsh/12 earlier.)
