[600MRG] quiet band tonight

The band is amazingly quiet here tonight.  I don't have the usual snap, crackle and pop.  In fact, the noise level is seemingly down where I recall it being near the winter solstice last year - almost making one question whether the rx is working.  Of course /7 is very very loud here so I am sure everything is working well. The lightning map is clear all across NA so maybe tonight will be another good night.
