[600MRG] QSO attempt scheduled for tonight

Gang: Paul, XRM,  and I, XSV, will attempt a cw qso tonight at 0300 utc.

Paul will be at 480.5 kHz, and I will be at 478.5 kHz, due to license
limitations for both of us.

I will begin listening for his CQ's around 0230z to make sure that he is in
the clear from my end. If things look good, we could even start ahead of
sked.
