[600MRG] goofy band tonight

Working in the shop tonight with the receiver on and could hear /31 very
loud along with a louder QRSS signal booming in. May have been QRSS3 but
may have been more like QRSS10. I should have paid more attention.
Didn't tune around.

Also just saw that I bought a Hafler Trans Nova 9505 power amp at the
minimum price on the auction site. If it turns out to be as listed, my
search for linear amp for 600 meters and lower is now complete.

Also was playing with WSPR 2.1 using the quadrature output running into
my phasing exciter. Can't get the opposite sideband below about -24dB.
Not getting a sharp adjustment that I have seen in the past. May be that
my LO signal is not in quadrature - so back to measuring.
