[600MRG] WG2XSV testing Beacon mode on CMSK31

All: I am tx-ing a CMSK31 beacon on 475.200 kHz. My dial is set at 474.200
(as if for wspr), and my AF offset is 1000 hz.

I will keep it on this freq unless advised otherwise. Reports welcome, of
course. Thanks...
