[600MRG] List of active stations

Two questions:

Is there a list of current active stations published someplace. I used 
to use the Activity Report to keep track of that but since it is no 
longer published I am at a loss.

Second, there has been some note of recent license applications. The FCC 
data base seems to be many months behind (or maybe I just can't find 
what I want) so I am wondering what the status is for any recent 
experimental license applications.
