[600MRG] QRSS and Proper 10 Minute ID

On another bulletin board there is a recent recent question regarding use of the QRSS mode and proper 47CFR97 ID at 10 minute intervals.  Now that 2200 and 630 meters are officially amateur bands in the USA, how does the amateur reconcile his transmission to assume there is no conflict with the 10-minute ID rule when using a QRSS mode?  I would assume to transmit a station's complete call sign in QRSS, modes like QRSS60 would not be acceptable.  Thoughts / suggestions?  73 Frank Lotito K3DZ
