[600MRG] 2200M Denial!

Interesting. UTC has denied my operation on 2200M from my Holden, MA 
QTH. They claim that there is a PLC operation within 1 km in that band. 
I was asked to acknowledge the email, and have done so. I said that I 
would comply, rules being rules. I did also add that I have over 11,000 
hours of 2200M operation from that QTH between 2004 and 2016. That 
should make them a little uncomfortable.

And, because denial of part of one of these things means starting over 
from scratch, now I have to apply for 630M for the MA QTH and wait the 
30 days again. From the wording, I suspect that they didn't find 
anything wrong with my Raymond, ME application.
