[600MRG] Are W8RUT and N3FL on this list?

I finally raised my 160M antenna up another 40 feet and blew the "whatever" conductive material out with some RF. All my dipole antennas suffer from this "conductivity disease" from time to time. I think it's a conductive combo of leaf/water/ bird poop or something at the terminals that causes the antenna be be rather quiet until I give it 10watts of RF, then the s-meter comes back  to life.
Set up for WSPR last night for a little while.( there is an excerpt from the log below.)
The long distance winners last night at my fn21 location were W8RUT(en80) and N3FL(fm19)I was wondering if they could share the specifics of their antenna and power output. I haven't built a 630 antenna yet, so I am interested in knowing what works  well, so that I can incorporate it my planning.
Also, I heard an experimental call beacon around 470 Khz. Are the experimentalsstill Ok to run on their grant frequencies? Are they grandfathered?
