[600MRG] Capacitors

I have used Vishay 715P caps for my LPFs. No issues based on a small sample of filters up to 200w carrier and 500w PEP.

When I get back into town next week, I'd be glad to measure the Q of a couple of them on the HP test-set.  Let me know.
