Chris,
I understand your frustration.
So, how would you interpret this scenario:
I submitted my notice for 630M and 2200M to the UTC on Sept 15th, received
approval for 630M and nothing - no approval/denial - for 2200M.
I hate open loop systems/processes, maybe loops even more.
