[600MRG] Anyone operating a reverse beacon receiver that might be interested in expanding to cover 630m?

Just a clarification as I have had a few questions and I was not clear
- the software license in question is for CW Skimmer and the
associated program to upload spots to RBN.  SO its not directly part
of RBN but you need the software to gather and upload spots to the
website.  You can see the details at DXAtlas.com.
