Am trying to win QST contest by writing up this simple antenna...
Been using for 8 years now, never broke, only needs two parts
( one variable cap and a piece of wire ), no radials, runs great from 
17.2kcs.
up to 10.1 mhz. weather doesn't detune, is cheap-cheap, and has plenty
room for builtin additions...

*Can you think of anything else?? The same 10% rule applies...
