New Year's Eve and Day will mark our first opportunity as U.S. hams to 
work the ARRL Straight Key Night on 630 and 2200 meters. It's not a 
contest -- info may be found at: http://www.arrl.org/straight-key-night

So, lay your keyboard and paddle aside, and spend a little time below 
the broadcast band after 00:00 UTC on Sunday night. I'll try 630 meters, 
but of course will avoid 2200 meters lest I bring down the northeast 
power grid during this period of cold weather...
