In the FWIW catagory; this C6ABO signal pounds me 24/7 .. at 3 pm EDST ( 1900 UTC ) his signal is always
a steady +7 to +9 SNr here .. My S-meter ( Relative of course ) sits at S-9 +5 dB while he is transmitting .. 
Summertime resting meter reading is S-6 during mid-day absorption ... This station is very close to me beyond
any doubt..
