[600MRG] A new tool for us on MF/LF

Hi Ken,

Another correction - The dots in the second part of that 'corrected' url 
apparently invalid and joind me stops readi and the first dot right 
after 518. I changed those to dashes and it worked. I have never ever 
seen a working WSPR screen before this. It's all new to me. Did this 
come from a radio or is this photoshop? <evil grin>
