Wow! I better put my copy into the safe! Fortunately the free .pdf is almost identical. My copy is an IEEE reprint of the original with a dedication added and some changes in section numbering. I don't see any substantive differences. There's some math here and there which can be ignored. The rest of the text is easy to follow, enlightening and often amusing. 73, Rudy
