[600MRG] New Hi-Res Map of Effective Ground Conductivity in the USA

Crapola! I knew our ground-conductivity here was bad, but I was never sure 
it was THIS bad! I am in that tiny area of north-western Idaho where the 
ground conductivity is 1 ms/meter.

Sigh... :-(
