[600MRG] WH2XGP operations

WH2XGP will be down for an extend period of time to accomplish computer upgrades and general shack re-configuration. I expect some intermittent test transmissions and RX WSPR reports from time to time. If all goes well, normal operations might be resumed by the weekend. But, given the extent of the planned changes, it might just take a lot longer.
