[600MRG] WE2XGR/1 CW Beacon 506.3 kHz

Trying an on-ground dipole running in CW beacon mode on 506.3,
Temporary lash-up as the balun is out in the open sitting on a frisbee.
If anybody actually hears me I will mount the Balun in a weatherproof 
box and run a second 500kHz beacon simultaneously on top loaded vertical 
so we can get a A/B comparison.
