Try the free LT Spice from Linear Technologies. It is specifically
optimized for switching power supply design. It will give great
waveforms, currents, voltages, harmonics, etc. The power level may be
a bit off unless you have the vcoupling coefficients of ant xfmrs
correct. Design with Mark Mallorie's equations from his LOwfer
article. Creates a design whose current drops to near zero with the
antenna disconnected.

Has anyone tried, and succeeded, at simulating the GW3UEP Class
E 100watt PA
circuit in either of the following?
-Sokal's equations in 2001 QEX article?
-Tonne Software Class E design worksheet?
-Excel worksheet from G3NYK/GW4HXO/EI0CF?
I've been unable to come anywhere close to the component values used in the
GW3UEP design using power levels in the 80-100 watt range.
