[600MRG] 2200m

Rudy,

I think there are only 2 guys in the lower-48 transmitting recently on
2200-m WSPR and one has a PA down and the other is QRT due to wx....  I
suspect Laurence, WE2XPQ, up in AK will be QRV, however.
