[600MRG] WSPR15 tonight

Hi Dick - Ive actually be a little higher tonight as the WSPR15 sub band is just above the WSPR 2 (1400-1600Hz) allocation - so just keep the radio on 474.2 USB using WSPRX 15 setting and Ill be on appx 475.82, so my tones will be some 1620Hz
