I was using WSPR 2.12 but it was crashing with a run time error. I am running Win7 64 bit. I run as administrator. I uninstalled and loaded 2.0 which seems much more stable but still no decode. Some of the signals are 15dB above my noise floor so I really should be able to decode. 73 Dick Illman AH6EZ
