WE2XPQ Alaska qrv WSPR 475.623ish centre at 30% tx at 0400Z ish , and DFCW12, 475.300 center, 2Hz Delta, Dash high "XPQ" 220W from tx - around 20W ERP mostly warming the lower ionosphere I fear this evening -   
 
K indices went to 6 last night so "normally" that nixs conditions out of here - the path to Eu is open on 136kHz pre Eu daw, but about 30dB down from "good" using DCF39 138.8305ish as the beacon source, so not thinking things will be too bright.
