[600MRG] FCC 15-50 Proceeding

In preparing my comments regarding access to the 630m band, a reread of the
FCC document was required.

I encourage responders to read and perhaps comment specifically on the
questions FCC raises.

To better navigate this lengthly document, I have isolated pertinent areas
regarding 630 m.....just search the .pdf for the following areas:  (by
number)

165 - overview
166 - can we coexist with PLC operations? How and why?
167 - request for decsription of current experimental use of the band
171 - specific description of our station, antennae, pwr, measurement
methods etc
175-177 power restrictions?
179 - power limits, ERP, EIRP?  Operate with specific antenna restrictions
and
        PEP limits to avoid actually stating the above??

Personally I feel that directly answering ( to our ability) SPECIFIC FCC
questions is appropriate to our responses.
