[600MRG] Filing comments on NPRM 15-50

Gentlemen:

     Based upon the comments from KB5NJD and WA3ETD,
and the explanation by John Davis in the "Lowdown",
I believe the place to file comments on NPRM 15-50 is

The confusion arises because 15-50 incorporates a
number of different dockets with different numbers.

     I have not yet tried to use it.  Later today,
I will be contacting the ARRL for input on what they
think will be helpful.
