[600MRG] Conditions last night at WH2XGP

Well it looks like I have the power supply problem under control. I just 
hope it keeps working....

The night started off pretty good with JT9 QSOs with both WG2XJM and 
WG2XSV again. QSOs went quicker and easier than previous night.

After that, switched back to WSPR using Flag pointed east for RX 
antenna. WSPR logs for both TX and RX looked better than they have for 
months!

I really hope activity levels keep increasing to match the better 
conditions.
