[600MRG] Daytime 630m WSPR Activity in EU: Examples yesterday Jan. 30

Yesterday Jan. 30 in Europe some longer-path local mid-day 630m propagation does show up on the WSPR database.  Central European Time is Zulu +1, so it was about local noon when these receptions occurred.
