[600MRG] Signal on with no decode

Yep - i dropped down 10Hz  from normal ops to avoid co channel with XIQ - prob just off the edge of the decoder with you Merv. Was chugging out 200W at the beginning  of the night but back to 150W at the end with additional wet foliage/tree losses. We are snowless here and only had 20 in since Oct.
