[600MRG] NDBLIST event this weekend

 WG2XSV will be running a CW beacon on 475.475 kHz for this event. In fact it is already running as of 0001 UTC 20 Feb. 
Power is ~1 watt ERP (+/- 1 dB) from SW Washington State.
