[600MRG] RX antenna testing

WH2XGP will not be TX'ing on WSPR for a while this evening.

Running test comparing a newly constructed eprobe antenna against the 
600' east BOG.

If you want to monitor test data, check WSPR net for W7IUv and WH2XGP 
uploaded data.

XGP is using normal station with 600' East BOG.

W7IUV is running the second station (IC-706/HB xvtr) on the new eprobe 
out in the yard.

The eprobe is a PA0RDT type with a 4' whip. I will be testing a W1VD 
version as soon as I get some more J310s in.
