I've written up my notes on recent measurements of soil electrical
characteristics at XSH/20.  These are posted on my web page under soil

For some unknown reason my web page host has changed the format from .docx
to .zip.  I'm growling at them right now and hope to fix that.  I really
don't like that kind of arbitrary nonsense on their part!  If it's a problem
