[600MRG] Will 630m N.Am. to VK/ZL start late Feb? XGP SNRs at XCR.

We can expect the part of the trans-Pacific(TP) path north of the equator to be steady or diminish somewhat as we approacha N.Am / VK,ZL opportunity from late Feb to late April. The path southof equator should be improving as local fall approaches, but no info on VK/ZL signalsto XCR is available.  XGP currentlyenjoys about 20dB headroom over the WSPR decode threshold to “spend” on signal goingthe rest of the way beyond XCR in Hawaii over the ocean path to VK/ZL.
