Sounds like you need to take a trip to you nearest Home Depot or Lowes. All of the shopping list is mostly wire-is it not? A piece of PVC might work for the coil form, although it's a bit hydroscopic. On HV applications, you might want to cut slots in it along the length.  You essentially have a Tesla coil with that configuration .
