[600MRG] Too Funny!

I did finally get an email back from the fellow I heard on 60m. I am 
much more sympathetic - he is in his late 80s. I sent him as much 
information  as I could on Experimental Licenses, including copies of my 
most recent submission for WH2XIL.

I can sort of see why someone would assume that a license found on 
qrz.com is a amateur license, which makes the case for a  putting in a 
disclaimer that it is not an amateur license.
